COVID-19 Updates

This is a bit of a long message, but with the Stay At Home order for Larimer County, we have had some questions about whether we’re still operating. We did receive word from the city of Fort Collins that arborist work does fall under essential services, and licensed arborists with current licenses are able to continue working.

Safety is always top of mind for us, and we are certainly maintaining those standards as they pertain to this virus. When we do have contact with customers, we are keeping a distance of six feet, although interaction with customers is often limited, anyway, due to the nature of our work. We are practicing hand washing and sanitizing, and are a small operation, so there is no risk of employees infecting one another.

If we feel any symptoms, we will indeed stay home, and reschedule any work. If any customers feel more comfortable staying inside while Matt is onsite, we understand and are happy to ask or answer any questions over the phone while he is working.

Under normal circumstances, we practice safety and want to serve our customers and their trees to the very best of our ability, and so it is under these different and difficult circumstances – we are fully committed to caring for our community and doing our part to prevent infection.

If you’re at home and noticing your trees need some attention, or have any trees you’re concerned about, we’re here to help.
